Applied improv for business growth and development

WHY AN IMPROV WORKSHOP?
Small Businesses, Collaborative Leadership Teams, Corporations, & Non-Profit Organizations all benefit from the skills developed through improv: flexible thinking, staying present, listening, confidence, saying "yes", creative problem solving, teambuilding, and communicating effectively.
These improv skills are best discovered and practiced in an encouraging and facilitated setting where teams and individuals alike develop, transform, and express themselves through improvisational activities that develop the skills necessary for success in the 21st Century workplace!
Erica has demonstrated success in helping both teams and individuals accelerate transformational thought and action which leads to enhanced performance, confidence, and collaborative creativity.
As a radio personality, actor, public speaker and host of many nonprofit events, The Be Bold Workshop not only gave me tools for my business but tools for my life on a daily basis… To be the best I can be for whomever I'm around and for those I love and that love me.
